This is the main objective of the LTP® method.

What is the LTP® method?
LTP® is a proprietary method by Michael Levit for comprehensive work with the condition and development of children with autism (ASD), speech delays, and other developmental difficulties.
The method is based on parent training. Specialists help parents understand the underlying causes of their child's difficulties and teach them to apply LTP® principles every day: at home, during meals, walks, playtime, and social interactions.
The work covers not a single symptom, but rather interconnected areas of the child’s life: nutrition, behavior, communication, speech, sensory difficulties, and independence.
The work is being carried out in stages
1
Nutrition and food selectivity
Working with the child's diet: gradually expanding the diet, introducing new foods and forming the basis for the next stages of the program.
2
Individual vitamin therapy
Supporting your child's body with individually tailored vitamin therapy as part of the LTP® program.
3
Child development and behavior
Parents learn to develop speech comprehension, communication, joint attention, independence, and everyday skills in the child's everyday life.
What changes do parents notice in their children during the LTP® program?
Changes are individual and depend on the child's initial condition, but parents of children with ASD and other developmental difficulties most often note changes in the following areas:
1
The child's diet is expanding
The child begins to accept new foods, the diet expands, and an interest in healthy food appears.
2
Digestion is normalized and the body's functioning improves
Digestive problems are reduced: chronic diarrhea, constipation, bloating and other intestinal disorders.
3
Improves sleep and reduces anxiety
The child becomes calmer, sleep is normalized, and the level of anxiety and emotional stress decreases.
4
Reduces hyperactivity and unwanted behavior
Manifestations of aggression, self-aggression, hysteria and other behavioral difficulties are reduced.
5
Understanding of spoken language appears
The child begins to better understand spoken language and respond to requests and instructions.
6
The child begins to respond to his name and to address others.
A response to the name appears, the child begins to turn to parents more often and show initiative in communication.
7
Speech and the ability to express one's desires are developing
The first words, phrases and the ability to express one’s needs, emotions and desires through speech appear.
8
Improves contact and joint attention
Eye contact appears, the child begins to look at the parents, share interest and interact with others.
9
Decreases stims and repetitive behaviors
The need for self-stimulating behavior decreases: waving arms, spinning, repetitive actions.
10
Social skills and interaction are developed
The child begins to interact with peers, play together, and show interest in the world around him.
11
Independence skills are being developed
The child masters self-care skills: dressing, performing household tasks, participating in household chores.
12
Improved adaptation to the environment
The child reacts more calmly to new situations, loud sounds, movements, transport and other stimuli.
